RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The HVAC House. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
APPAREL & MERCHANDISE (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)
Our apparel is custom made-to-order and printed just for you. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size ordered. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.
We will gladly replace or refund any item that is:
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Damaged in transit
- The wrong item from what you ordered
To request a replacement or refund on a qualifying item, email orders@thehvachouse.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once approved, we will reprint and reship the correct item at no cost to you, or issue a refund.
PRO PICKS (AFFILIATE TOOLS & PRODUCTS)
Products listed under "Pro Picks" are recommendations fulfilled and sold by Amazon, not by The HVAC House. We do not process payments, ship, or handle returns for these items. All purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds for Pro Picks products are handled directly by Amazon under Amazon's return policy.
